Services

What we actually do

A full IT department’s worth of capability, delivered as a service. Take all of it, or take the parts your own team does not want to carry.

Core managed services

Keeping the business running

The day-to-day. This is where most of the value is, and it is the part that is hardest to fake — it either works on a Tuesday morning or it does not.

Helpdesk & end-user support

The service most of your staff will judge us on. Reachable by phone, SMS, email or the client portal, with remote access built into the monitoring agent so we can be on the machine in seconds rather than talking someone through a menu.

  • Phone, SMS, email and portal intake
  • Remote control with the user’s consent
  • Onsite visits across Southern California
  • Every request tracked, nothing lost in an inbox

Workstation management

Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints monitored continuously, patched on an agreed schedule, and inventoried automatically so the asset list is never a guess.

  • Continuous health and performance monitoring
  • Operating system and third-party patching
  • Automatic hardware and software inventory
  • Encryption and endpoint protection status

Server & infrastructure

Physical and virtual servers, hypervisors, storage and the services that sit on them. We watch capacity and age as closely as we watch uptime, because the expensive outages are the predictable ones.

  • Proactive capacity and disk monitoring
  • Patching with change windows you approve
  • Virtualisation and storage management
  • Lifecycle tracking so replacements are planned

Networking

Firewalls, switching, wireless and remote access — designed, installed and then actually managed, including the site-to-site and remote-worker connectivity that tends to get set up once and never looked at again.

  • UniFi network design and management
  • Firewall and VPN configuration
  • Wireless coverage and performance
  • Documented topology, not tribal knowledge

Security & continuity

Protecting it, and getting it back

Security controls chosen because they stop real attacks, and a recovery position we have actually tested.

Cybersecurity

Layered, practical controls aimed at the attacks that actually hit businesses your size — credential theft, business email compromise and ransomware.

  • Multi-factor authentication and passkeys
  • Local administrator rights removal
  • Endpoint protection and threat response
  • Email security and phishing resistance

Identity management

The identity hygiene that stops an old account becoming someone else’s way in — across Active Directory and your cloud tenancy.

  • Active Directory and cloud identity
  • Joiner, mover and leaver process
  • Dormant and orphaned account review
  • Shared and service account governance

Backup & disaster recovery

Backups are only worth what a restore proves. We monitor every job and test recovery, rather than reporting a green tick and hoping.

  • Server, workstation and cloud data backup
  • Monitored jobs with real alerting
  • Restore testing
  • Documented recovery expectations

Cloud, people & planning

The rest of the job

Identity, cloud tenancy, procurement and forward planning — the parts that quietly determine whether IT feels organized or chaotic.

Microsoft 365

Tenant administration, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, licensing and security baselines — run properly rather than left on defaults.

  • Tenant and license administration
  • Mailbox and sharing management
  • Security and compliance baselines

Google Workspace

Full Workspace administration: users, groups, organizational units, sharing controls and device policy.

  • User and group administration
  • Organizational unit structure
  • Sharing and device policy

Onboarding & offboarding

A repeatable, tracked process for people joining, moving and leaving — the single most common source of both frustration and security exposure.

  • Self-service new user request form
  • Account, license and device provisioning
  • Verified access removal on exit

Procurement

Hardware and software sourced, configured and delivered ready to work, with the licensing sorted before it lands on a desk.

  • Hardware specification and sourcing
  • Software and license procurement
  • Pre-configured and enrolled on arrival

IT planning & budgeting

Regular reviews of what you own, what it costs, what is aging out and what we would do about it — so nothing arrives as a surprise invoice.

  • Asset lifecycle and renewal visibility
  • Budget and roadmap reviews
  • Vendor and contract management

Compliance support

The evidence side of compliance: documented assets, access, changes and controls, available when an auditor or an insurer asks.

  • Documented assets and access
  • Change and activity history
  • Policy and control evidence

How we engage

Three ways to work with us

Most clients are fully managed, but it is not the only option.

Fully managed

We are your IT department. Monitoring, support, security, planning and procurement under one agreement.

Co-managed

You have internal IT. We provide the tooling, the monitoring and the after-hours cover so they can focus on the work only they can do.

Project work

A migration, an office move, a network rebuild or a security clean-up — scoped and delivered as a defined piece of work.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a normal place to start. Tell us what is going wrong and we will tell you what we would fix first.
