What registering actually does

Worth being precise about, since “register” on an IT company’s website could reasonably mean anything.

It creates

  • A record for your organization in our service desk, marked as a prospect.
  • A ticket so a real person picks it up and follows through.

It does not create

  • Any software on any of your machines. Nothing is installed.
  • Monitoring or device enrollment of any kind.
  • User accounts, mailboxes or directory entries.
  • Documentation records about your environment.

All of that only happens if we agree to work together, and only when one of our engineers deliberately sets it up.
