22 years in business means we have supported clients through two events that took their industries apart. Which clients we were working with at the time says more about us than anything we could claim.
2008. When the housing market collapsed, the businesses hit hardest were
real estate and loan offices — firms whose entire world had just fallen out from under them.
That was who we were working with. Not because it was a growth market; it plainly was not.
2020. When COVID arrived, medical practices on the front lines had to keep
seeing patients while everything about how they worked changed in a fortnight. They needed
systems that held up under that, quickly, from people who would answer the phone. That was
the work we were doing.
Neither period was good business. Both are the point. We have always worked with the
people who needed the most help, at the moment they needed it — not at the moment it was
most profitable. That is a choice we have made repeatedly, and it is the most honest thing
we can tell you about what we are like to work with.
It is also why we are still here. Providers who only show up for easy clients in easy
years do not last 22 years.
