The platform

NetWatch

The monitoring, remote support and device management platform we built ourselves — and the reason we can usually tell you what went wrong before you have noticed it.

Coverage

One agent, every platform you run

Mixed estates are normal. A platform that only really supports Windows is not much use when the directors are all on MacBooks.

What it does

Everything we need to look after a device

Monitoring, support, security and inventory in one agent — because six agents on a laptop is how you end up with a slow laptop.

Continuous monitoring

Health, performance, disk, memory, services and security posture — collected continuously rather than polled once an hour, so a problem raises an alert while it is still small.

  • Event-driven collection, not slow polling
  • Disk, memory, CPU and service health
  • Alerting that reaches a human

Remote support built in

Screen sharing, remote control and a terminal, in the same agent that does the monitoring. No second tool to install, no separate license, no waiting for a user to download something.

  • Attended and unattended remote control
  • Remote terminal and file access
  • Session recording for the record

Security posture

Endpoint protection status, firewall state, encryption, local administrators and patch level — reported per device so “are we covered?” has an answer rather than an opinion.

  • Defender and firewall state
  • Disk encryption status
  • Local administrator visibility

Automatic inventory

Hardware, installed software, licenses and configuration collected from every device and kept current, so the asset register is a live view rather than a spreadsheet someone last touched in March.

  • Hardware and warranty detail
  • Installed software and versions
  • Configuration and network detail

Patch management

Operating system and third-party updates applied on a schedule you agree, with reporting on what installed, what failed and what is still outstanding.

  • Agreed maintenance windows
  • Third-party application updates
  • Failure reporting, not silent skips

Device enrollment & MDM

Company devices enrolled, configured and policy-managed from the moment they are switched on — including Apple devices and mobile.

  • Zero-touch enrollment
  • Configuration and policy management
  • Remote lock and wipe

The difference

Why building it ourselves matters

Why it matters to you

We are not renting our visibility from someone else

Most providers resell a third-party RMM. When it cannot answer a question, they cannot either — and when it breaks, they open a support ticket with a vendor and wait. We wrote ours. If it needs to collect something new to answer your question, we make it collect it.

  • New checks and reports built to order
  • No vendor queue between your problem and a fix
  • Integrations built where they are actually needed

Joined up

Monitoring, ticketing and documentation are one system

A disk filling up raises an alert, the alert opens a ticket, the ticket already knows which device, which site and which client — because the documentation is not a separate product we also happen to buy. That is why our tickets rarely start with “which machine is this?”

  • Alerts become tickets with full context attached
  • Device, site and client records already linked
  • History in one place, not spread across three vendors

Your data

Reasonable questions, answered plainly

Anything that watches every device in your business deserves scrutiny. Ask us these about any provider you are considering, not just us.

Can staff see when you connect?

Yes. Remote sessions to a machine someone is using are consent-based and visible, and sessions are recorded so there is a record of what was done.

Where does the data live?

On infrastructure we run and control, not resold from a third-party platform. We can tell you exactly what is collected and why.

What happens if we leave?

The agent uninstalls, and we hand over your documentation. We would rather you stayed because it works than because leaving is painful.

Is it monitoring our people?

No. It monitors device health, security posture and configuration. It is not a productivity or keystroke tracker and we would not sell one.

Want to see it against your own estate?

The quickest way to understand what we would do differently is to let us look at what you have now and tell you what we would find.
